I am so sore I can hardly believe it!!!

Actually, there is good news though. Even after 14 years I made four complete runs today and never fell down a single time!!! I don't mind being sore near as much as I mind falling down so it was a GREAT day.

Now, if I can just make it out of bed in the morning I'll have another great day.
