I saw this chip on e-bay and ask Pam "Sportie Pam" about it. I believe her dad worked there for many years. She does not think this chips is from the Arlington Park track in Illinois. As you notice it makes no reference to Illinois. Maybe Pam will come along and shed some more light on this chip.
