Great thoughts and I agree with all your ideas. Makes complete sense and if you don't mind I will follow your directions and make the appropriate contacts. The trophy idea and bringing the family out for the 1st award at the banquet is the classy way an award like this should be handled. Make the trophy one that will honor Greg's memory and be substantial with the ability to add names and years to it is a great way to go. The plaque awarded to the winner should also be top of the line, because in the end the amount of time and dedication that the winner will have donated to the club cannot be monetized and the plaque will bring the notoriety that the winner deserves.
