As David wrote, they were. I took one of each home with me after winning pretty good. I ended up selling the one with stripes to Skip at face value (probably the one you have). That deal actually cost me money because I sent it registered insured, and I paid for the postage. The plain one I gave to Katie Smith to use to buy into the game. I was her stake horse that night. It was a lot of fun playing that table with her!
My best night at that wheel, I was $150 short of coloring up to a $5000 plaque. I cashed out (after buying in for $500) for $4850. During that session, I know I tipped the croupiers more than $500, so if I had been a Stiff instead of a George, I would have had a plaque long enough to have someone in Vegas scan it. I left the table that night with 4 $1000 jetons, and the plain $500 jeton.
I was flying to Vegas once a month when that wheel was on the floor at the Paris, mainly to play that table. It was very good to me. I won money 11 out of 12 trips!
The first time I played that wheel, I bought in for $300. I cashed out for a little over $1500. Don Anthony had just moved to Vegas, and we were meeting for breakfast the next morning. I hadn't cashed the jetons because I wanted him to see them, and ask him if he would scan a few to show collectors what they looked like. This is the scan Don did at his new home that day.
