Yes, I believe that is the same guy. MANY of these chips sold in the $14-$20 range for months. Then on Ebay 6 more became available for $10 each as "Buy It Now". I was lucky to see the listing right after it was posted and I bought one for my collection. Minutes after that, one person bought his remaining 5 for $50 total.
