I know this casino is in a very bad part of town. I have been trying to obtain a current $1 Chip, but have been unable to. One recently sold on Ebay for over $14, with many bids!

We are talking about a CURRENT chip, that anyone can just walk in there and purchase from the cage.

Am I missing something here? Why doesn't a Las Vegas local chip collector go in there, buy 50 of them or so, and sell them on Ebay for a huge profit?

Is it THAT dangerous to go to this casino?
