Bill, the only info I have is what I found in the Cruise ship section of Greg's Guide, run by John Long... I used the following ID #GSC004.00 from the ship Treasure Island. It had been my understanding that it had originated in Texas...so I hope this helps...possibly you can get in touch with John Long.
