When I joined I was given CC>CC #R-7119. My membershipped lapsed when I went into the hospital for heart surgery. I rejoined and was given #R-8013. At the convention at South Point I paid my past dues and was reissued my original member #R-7119. Does this now make me eligible for the raffle?
