I must stand corrected Rich as I look some of these names from the list up. It is in fact WILLIAM RANDS and not connected to the Rand Corporation. I am sure about the FOUR Rs being GPYC but not sure if the owner was Rand or Rands. The refences made by my parents to them was always the Rands but I always thought it was plural. I can not find anything on line about the Four Rs but I did find info about a Rands own yacht from the same era as the chips.
