I feel it is good simply because we the tax payers do not need to be financing anything else. Does not matter to me weather it was in Chicago or Iowa. Yes it would have put some people to work building all the facilities. Not now at this time. Maybe in four years once our economy is somewhat back on its feet. And yes I understand it would help the economy, in Chicago. That is not the whole country. Our politicians from Governors all the way up to the White House need to learn to quit spending what we do not have. Just because they can print money does not make it right.
