I have one without 000 in my collection.
I had several , can't remember how many-maybe 5, was not 20, all had no 000.
I got them from Bee Estes.
Chipco told me 20 made when I inquired thru them.

I am now wondering if Chipco quoted me the 20 made for AC gaming.
That would make more than 20, counting what Bee had.

I am fairly certain another Chipco salesman had some.

The 20 sent to AC gaming can not be counted as I have grave doubts the hobby will ever see them.
