Personal Chips,,,,,,,,,, Is it a "Known Fact" of who had the first "Personal chip" made and what does it look like?? Seriously, Who had the first "Personal" chip made?? It is not a big deal but I think it would be interesting to know. Yea, This might be a dumb question but I really enjoy collecting the Personal Chips as much as anything!!!!
