would be upset and make an issue of it. If the seller does not normally deal with chips, they may not be aware that one picture of a similiar chip is not a correct representation of what they are selling. It may help to tell the seller that chip collectors find condition of the chip very important and that in the future, they should change the picture for each chip they sell. Just my two cents.
