Seriously, your insurance should have covered your vaccine... but you said that you pay $400 (+ your employer contribution), and that seems quite low. Prior to going on Medicare, my Blue Cross & Blue Shield was well over $1000 per month (just me). Now, my Part D, alone (the 20% Medicare doesn't pay), is over $500 a month... and that's not even counting Part B or what Medicare costs me per month. Either you have one heck of an insurance policy or you're tossing $400 out the window each month.
