Sounds like you have a rouge anti-virus program on your machine. Here is a current list of such programs:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/roguenet.php . Download Malwarebytes from
www.malwarebytes.org and run
it. It removes most of these programs (trojans).
That's how ours started...
