Regarding speculation on post-closing hot-stamping of blanks, is it possible the Paul-son would hotstamp blank chips supplied by a customer if the casino was known to be long closed? If so, would they follow current gaming regs and put their H&C logo on them for the customer? I can think of no reason why someone reproducing these chips using services from someone other than Paul-son would bother to put the H&C mark on them.
