I had not seen this blue 5 NCV hotstamp before. Nothce it has the "H&C" logo as part of the design. Sands closed in 1996. I didn't think Paul-son started using the hotstamp H&C mark until much later. Blank Sands-mold chips are available. Do you think someone is having new stamps done on old blanks?
