It appears that the chip was intended to be used for an inlay chip. It is cut that way. I know of small crown sample chips. Also small crown "souvenir" chips. But, I have never seen a small crown floor sweeper. This has the hot stamp perfect on both sides. No other hot stamp marks on it. Your guess is as good as mine.
