I just got this chip and normally I probably would not have bought this but it says its One of 5000. Unfortunately its in average condition. Will consider trades also if anyone wants a low number.

Are they all numbered like this and is this the number "1"?

I thought maybe it would be worth more than "C" as the TCR I have states since it has such a low number, or do they all say one of 5000.
