This morning I moved out a new enhancement to the Collection Library admin utility. Now when you are adding a new collectible, the system will lookup the "Guide No" value to see if any other users have already entered a data record with same Guide Number. If so, you will be given an opportunity to auto-fill your data entry screen with those values.

Please see example below:

You have a chip to add and you know the ChipRack number is "N1740". Click [Add New Item] and enter N1740 into the "Guide No..." Field:

System will search for previously added items with same GuideNo value. If found, you will be able to review the values available within the system for that item:

If you click [YES] button, that data is copied into your entry screen!
