Are the Westward Ho Tokens considered as two different designs (since one is drilled and the other isn't) or are they considered as one design?

Second question I have the plastic tokens in Red, Orange, Blue (2 different colors), Black, Yellow and Green. Am I missing any colors.

Last question, I only have drilled Yellow Tokens, are there un-drilled Yellow tokens?
