A few months back, the Boyd Group's The Orleans (and probably their other casinos) switched to a kiosk system, where a player could swipe their card through a reader and see their point accumulations. Then they added the ability to print comps and other premium coupons from the kiosk. A few short days later, they added a password requirement to get any data and printouts from the kiosk devices!
