Michael is correct. It is a container of Daub. The cheat would rub his/her finger over the stuff and them rub it on a card that he wished to mark. I have both blue and green. I believe it also came in gold.
It was avaiable from the K.C. Card company and other places that sold "Advantage" stuff.
