I never play the side bets at blackjack, but this had one where you could bet that your first two cards totalled 20. One of the 'jackpot' bets was double Queen of Hearts, which paid 125:1 (against dealer's blackjack, 1000:1).
It was my last hand of the night, and I was about $100 ahead. Cards came up, and lucky me: double queens!
I'd like to say that on a whim I had bet the side bet that hand and cashed out. Alas no-- but I figured all the same that I had officially worn out my luck for the night!
That's a great deal for a casino-used set of chips. Best of luck with school!
