as long as the error doesn't allow a baserunner and the baserunner is subsequently retired then the pitcher will receive credit for a perfect game.

by definition, a perfect game means no batter reached base so as long as 27 batters are retired in order and none of them reached base then it's a perfect game. Perfect game doesn't mean perfect line score just no hits, hit batters, walks, or reached by error.
