I have no idea. Me dentist who does keep Kosher went to Vegas and told me about all these resturants he ate at.

I have no idea on the percentage. Around here it is very high, but other parts of the world it isn't.

Overall I would say very low. However there is also a very large Middle Eastern population near me and there diet isn't much different than a Kosher one.
