IMO this major issue not being considered in Health Care reform is the crying need for tort reform. The Government has now destroyed used car dealers with cash for clunkers...why not work on the second most hated people...lawyers!!!! We know why of course, this administration is beholden to lawyers in general and tort lawyers specifically for contributions.
