I have dealt with Pete and Chantal Rizzo of www.oldvegaschips.com several times in the past 5 years and have never had any issues. I know that most dealers are out and about traveling - going to chip shows, estate sales, etc. to get chips and other casino related items and that may be a possible explanation as for the lack of timely response, but I don't know for sure. Maybe there is someone on this Chipboard that can help who is in the Las Vegas area or who knows Pete/Chantal. Don't give up, keep trying.
