The purist's of Crest & Seal collectors, consider a "true" Crest & Seal chip to be an inlaid litho that has a thin celluloid film that covers the litho which is the case with the chip pictured bottom left.
However, if you look this USPCC QUEEN BEE chip up in the Gaming Table, it is listed as "plain mold Crest & Seal." From what I have learned here on the Board, chip manufacurers circa 1930 called all inlaid chips Crest & Seals. As collectors we call the Queen Bee chip an inlaid hub mold.
