I don't know that I would be too hard on the dealers. Evidently they have gotten their marching orders from the suits above them on how to treat their customers if that is the policy throughout the entire casino. I would think that somebody has to get to upper management in an attempt to reverse this flawed customer relations policy and to be more accomodating to valued customers.
