people who works in the Las Vegas area post offices - the one in Bermuda & Pebble, Russell, Jones, and the Las Vegas Boulevard (already closed). I know several workers in each location and we talked a lot of cutting back days, this and that and how to survive. It seems that the USPS is losing money every year and also losing business.

Increasing the cost of postage, cutting down the days of mail delivery or cutting down the postal clerk days are simply very bad policies, to me it is now in a vicious cycle.
