It's fascinating that Russian casinos in particular have English names (or perhaps French names familiar to English-speaking people, like "Monte Carlo"). Sometimes they are spelled out in Cyrillic on the chips themselves, but if you can read Cyrillic you don't actually have to speak Russian to decipher the names. They obviously are geared toward English-speaking visitors.
