you must be referring to the Suncoast, as sister property to the Gold Coast, Sam's Town and The Orleans. If you have any previous action at a Boyd Gaming property, it might help secure some rooms at the Suncoast.

However, November is an "in season" time to be visiting Vegas! I have found that Boyd rates are better via on-line reservations, but give them a call. Directly across a fairway (to the North) is the JW Marriot and it's affiliated Rampart Casino, which means that it is not a non-casino hotel. At least a mile West is Red Rock (a Station's casino and resort).

Although I am NOT recommending it (unless you really like to smoke!) Arizona Charlie's (Southeast of the soccer area by about 5 miles) is a casino/hotel that is in need of business and may have better rates.
