What is the name of this bird .....

Is it a bobwhite, a partridge, a quail or ??????

I've read on the internet that there is no difference between all three. I've read that the bird is a quail in the north and a partridge in the south (chip was delivered to St. Louis in 1930). I read that a quail is smaller than a partridge.

Can anyone say with certainty what is the name of the bird?

Jim Myers --- are you out there?
