...on page 256.

They are indeed illegal Montana chips from Jim & Clara's Club in Anaconda, MT, used from about 1963-1967.

Similar (perhaps identical) chips were also shipped to Johnson's Cafe & Bar in Tallulah, LA, also illegal.
