I am new at this, and wanted to ask a few questions. I have a person willing to sell me chips for 2x face value. Is this a good deal, or am I getting ripped off? Would it be worth it to invest in a chip price guide? Is there any advice I should know about before buying on Ebay?? Thank you for all of your help!
