I just returned from three days at Tahoe, which was about 30 degrees cooler than Vegas. For those who hadn't heard, the Hyatt Regency's casino in Incline Village has been renamed the Grand Lodge Casino, and I was told that new chips will be in place before the end of the year. The Grand Lodge sign already is up, and the casino is selling merchandise with the new name.
No one seemed to know if the token redemption detailed below will also apply to current chips. Unless I'm mistaken, the Hyatt is the only Nevada casino to use brass chips, and apparently those now will obsolete before too long.
