It's the word "Little" that puzzled me as well. I even thought that it might have been a family name/connection; Lytel or Lutzel.

Do you think the chips were shipped; or still in Ohio, somewhere? It wouldn't have been the first time a USPC order never made it to its intended destination (or any other manufacturer's chips for that matter).
