Mike Tyson "The Art Of Sport" figure

is a 1996 "The Art Of Sport" Mike Tyson figure.
The figure measures approximately 9½" tall. No nicks, scrathes or breaks. It comes with the base which adds another 1¼" (approximately) to the height. The base has a metal plaque attached to it which reads:
MIKE TYSON
WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION
1986 - 1990 & 1996
The figure also comes with the COA from "The Art Of Sport". The figure is #1024 out of 5,000.
The #1024 on the COA matches the # on the back of the statue and the # on the original box that I will send it in. The box is beat up.

Nothing close to this price, & check out the S&H charges being asked for. Also, this figure is of Tyson, one of the most iconic boxers of the last 20 years.
I have seen other similar figures 
on , but many do not have the COA.
