Most references to "Slots-A-Fun" are now gone and the place will be fully absorbed by Circus-Circus on Sunday. They have a Redemption Notice at the cage, for chip turn-in at that cage or the Main Cage inside Circus-Circus. Not sure how I missed it (purhaps it was not posted) but the new $5 chips were put into play about 4 months ago.

I had a brief conversation with the Casino Supervisor. He said that once the change is complete, the Slots-A-Fun area will be just like another pit location within the Circus-Circus casino. Jobs will be kept. We talked a bit and he suggested getting some roulettes, where upon I said that it was frowned upon. He said that about 200 - 250 roulettes seem to walk every week. He thought it was people building their home poker sets with the various colors.

Sure seems like a lot of roulette chips, especially since the ones on-hand are so worn, the hot-stamps are gone!

Oh well, I guess another part of Strip history is making way for newer things!
