Mineral Oil (Like baby oil without the impurities) works great after cleaning chips. I put a little on my fingers and message it into the chip and then wipe the excess off with a clean cloth. This works great on chips that have faded, such as dark blue chips. You can find mineral oil at the drug section of most any retailer.
