As I said originally, if strong evidence comes to light on any chips that have been 'suspended' from TCR then it is easy enough to re-instate them.
Im surprised this one has stood out. We took out almost 400. Only one other has been queried with me by a collector.

Interesting that many of these first appeared in James' edition 3, and were 'copied' by the old TCR editors, only to suddenly disappear in edition 4.
Maybe someone else can speculate on why this happens???????
