IMO, impossibe to be any prior to 1951.
I believe the die cut with the Phoenix on it could very well be the 1st Arrowdie ever made.
I found HN Garisson and his family in CA several years after I wrote the article.
HN was in a vegetative state at that time. Family had no idea what happened to his companys records.
