Some of us who are familiar with the higher denomination plaques of the World's leading casinos know for a fact that some issues are produced in very low quantities (as low as up to 10 pieces) in which case serialized from 00001 to 000010; and though along with such runs there is a 00000 made in many cases, that piece does not belong to the casino and whomever would have been lucky enough to have such an example would not be able to cash it in even though there are 10 other exact examples in the vault since that 00000 piece is not accounted for by the casino.

There are many, any other examples... but who cares.
