In fairness to the seller, he is offering it as a gold coin, set in a chip "for an unknown reason," and easily removable. He isn't selling it as an unusual poker chip or a casino collectible. It definitely does look like a homemade item (and not a very good one at that), but the value is found in the coin, not the holder. I certainly would not add a premium for the chip part of it.
