Your Oxford Club beauty is TCR #N1978 with a "P" value ($175-199). The Oxford Club was located at 1847 Las Vegas Blvd, North; North Las Vegas, 1948-1958.
The Caesars Tahoe item is a free play token. "The Collectors Guide to Nevada Casino Promotional Tokens with Price Guide" lists it as being plastic and having a value of $4-5. BUT...the book is 16 years old and woefully out of date. (For comparison purposes, it lists a Tommy McDonnell plastic encased business card chip...similar to yours, but with a different phone number...with a value of $25-30).
You have a nice group of goodies there! 
If you don't want to invest in The Chip Rack just now, you might want to browse the Club Library to see if there's one available that you can check out. If you collect a lot of Nevada chips, you'll find that you can't get along without it!
