While the Reserve chip is certainly obsolete (casino is now the Fiesta, Henderson) the Colorado Belle chip is still in-play. There is a newer, foil-in-center version, but the version you are showing is still in-play at the all the table games at the Colorado Belle.
In my opinion, this fact does not cahnge the value of the Colorado Belle chip in new condition, as your scan reflects!
