Topaz Lake is split down the middle just like Lake Tahoe between California and Nevada. I was only referring to the Nevada side. All the water is owned by the walker river irrigation district. And both the Mono County, CA and Douglas County Sheriff have jurisdiction over the entire lake (water use only). Still clear as mud.....Doug
