Crystal City was an address of convience, the casino was/is still in Compton, CA which had less than a clean background, so the casino got the Post Office to give them a Crystal City, CA address with a zip code.
After the original Crystal Park operation was closed down by the law, it reopened as New Crystal Park and in the last year or so change the name again to Crystal Casino.
It is a CA Card Room and operates under that type licence so thus no slot machines.
