On the other hand there are 2 sides to every story. I agree that maybe you should post the damaged chip so everyone can see what you got. Is it possible that the chip was damaged in shipment? I guess I don't understand them not wanting to send you the first chip after you got the wrong one (maybe they later sold it to someone else). And how could that be your fault? Just not doing business with them in the future would probably be a good idea in any case. There are always one or two people in any group that you are not going to "get along" with. Sometimes the best move is to just avoid them.
